My passion lies within the experimentation and exploration of materials. Over the past three years my practice has grown and strengthened, creating multi-disciplinary art works that move outside the boundaries. I work with media that are peculiar and multi-sensory, such as raw milk, unwashed sheep’s wool, chocolate, tea bags, coffee, and recycled sewing patterns. The ideas that underpin my work come from personal experiences, family history, the environment and issues from the world in which we live.
“When I make art, I think about its ability to connect with others, to bring them into the process.” (Jim Hodges)
